No, Viv wasn't trying out a new Pat Benetar makeup routine, that's just part of a red ink pen smeared under her eye. What was she doing with a red pen, you ask? 
Oh, just drawing all over the door I just painted! When I heard the scribbles I got up to see what was going on and she was so proud! She pointed to the door and said, "See!"
Good thing I have some leftover white paint.
